Exam Prices
Patients are required to pay the following fees for the medical exam. Payment for the exam is due at the time of your appointment.
Age 0-10

Age 11-70

Age 71+

refugee Medicals with Interim Federal Health Program (IFHP) - No charge

Additional Cost
Chest x-ray: All applicants over 11 years of age and that are not pregnant.
Blood work (non-fasting): All applicants 15 years of age and over.
The cost of the blood work and chest x-ray
$212.10 with or without valid medicare card
Once all required results are received the application will be submitted, and an email sent to you to let you know your medical exam is submitted. If you require a copy to be emailed to you there will be an additional $15.50 fee.

Please arrive at least 20 minutes BEFORE your appointment time. We require 24 hours’ notice if you are going to cancel your appointment. If you do not give us sufficient notice or if you fail to keep your appointment you will loose your non-refundable deposit. Please note that you an reschedule your appointment without loosing your deposit.
